Andrew Greene was a regular conductor for the VSO through the 1980’s , also a repeiteur, prompt, and a wonderful vocal coach. He conducted the Anthony Besch “Faust” in the State Theatre in 1984 and Rodney Phillips’ “My Fair lady” in 1988 in which I performed in the chorus. He is now at Opera Australia heading up the Moffatt Oxenbould Young Artist program and is also the new 2013 president of Art Song New South Wales established by soprano Amanda Thane. Many fond memories of working with Andrew at the VSO ( Victoria Watson)
